On Tuesday morning, February 12, 2026, the Faculty of Energy Engineering at Aswan University participated in the \u201cCareer Day\u201d<\/strong> <\/span>event for students and graduates of the Faculty. The event was organized by the University Career Center at Aswan University and featured the participation of Innovo Company,<\/strong> one of the leading companies in the engineering sector. The event aimed to provide employment opportunities for students and graduates of the Faculties of Energy Engineering.<\/span><\/p>\n In his speech, Prof.Loai Saad El-Din Nasrat, President of Aswan University, emphasized that education within the university is not limited to academic learning alone, but also focuses on preparing well-rounded graduates equipped with the necessary technical and professional skills. He highlighted the importance of enabling students to successfully integrate into the labor market. He further noted that such initiatives contribute to developing students\u2019 technical competencies, fostering innovation, and motivating creativity, particularly in fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Networks, and Digital Technologies. These efforts align with the state\u2019s vision to empower youth and support sustainable development across Upper Egypt governorates.<\/span><\/p>\n Prof. Tarek Hassan Mohamed, Dean of the Faculty of Energy Engineering, stated that the initiative is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research through the Presidential Initiative \u201cBe Prepared,\u201d<\/strong> the largest national program dedicated to skills development and youth employment readiness in Egypt. The initiative aims to empower one million young men and women by providing them with essential employment skills required by the labor market. He affirmed that preparing graduates for employment remains one of the university\u2019s highest priorities, particularly in Upper Egypt.<\/span><\/p>\n The event also included an introductory session on Innovo Company,<\/strong> during which representatives explained the nature of the work environment and company culture. Real job opportunities were announced, and interviews were conducted by the recruitment committee to select qualified graduates.
