The Ministry of Finance represented by ”Accounts and Financial Directorates Sector ” has held the activities of the 2nd forum in Aswan entitled ”Present Challenges and Future Visions ” in cooperation with Aswan governorate and Aswan University under the patronage of Dr. Mohamed Maait<\/span>, Minister of Finance, Major General\/ Ashraf Attia, Governor of Aswan, and Dr. Ayman Mahmoud Othman<\/span>, President of Aswan University, and under the supervision of accountant Tarek Bassiouni, head of the accounts and financial directorates sector.<\/span><\/p>\n

Major General \/Ashraf Attia<\/span> confirmed through his speech the importance of rationalizing governmental spending and working on the digital transformation from services that are submitted to citizens and electronic payment as facilitation to service requesters and this through separating the service requester and its presenter achieving the quality of the governmental services and this to maintain the origins of the state with providing rationalizing environment appropriate to support to the Egyptian economy; the big development that the Ministry of Finance witnessed under the leadership of Dr. Mohamed Maait to build the new republic under the patronage of the President Abdul Fattah Al Sisi-President of the Republic.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Ayman Mahmoud Othman<\/span> added during his speech the importance among the Ministry of Finance, Aswan University, and Aswan Governorate to discuss the challenges of the present and the visions of the future and this through the development that\u00a0 Aswan University sectors witnessed, which represents an expert house in the various fields in order to raise the administrative and financial system within the electronic frame to serve the workers of the university and its affiliates; working on cooperating with all the state’s institutions to limit the spreading of the corruption.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0For his part, Dr. Hazem Al Jamal<\/span>-Dean of the Faculty of Al-Sun explained that there’s a fruitful cooperation between the university and the affiliated bodies to drain the sources of the corruption and work on uprooting from its roots, and this through many axes we work on it such as rationalizing the governmental payment and spreading the principals of transparency, integrity, observing, and working on raising awareness of the university’s workers to fight the corruption in all its various images and forms.<\/span><\/p>\n

ACCT. Tarek Bassiouni<\/span>, First Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance and the Head of Accounts and Directorates Sectors, pointed out the importance of holding this forum faces challenges of the present and future, especially to the youth of the sector with its various administrations, as well as works on automating the administrative and financial sector through training to control the governmental payment in all state’s institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim<\/span>-Finanicial Observer of the Ministry of Defense&Head of the Automating Unit& Official Speaker of the Ministry of Finance mentioned the adoption of the youth’s suggestions on the digital transformation and introducing to them the systems of automating the governmental units that the Ministry of Finance has begun to develop them recently.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr.Haithem Shams Al-Din<\/span>-General Director of the Budget and the Executive Director of the Interior Training Unit in the Ministry agreed on the forum has been held in its second session for achieving effective and positive communication among sons of accounts and financial sectors to exchange technical, financial, and administrative experiences to reduce the gap between them and the leaders of the Ministry and explain the policies that the ministry follows to achieve the quality of the application.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr.Nashwa Sharaf Al-Din<\/span>-General Director in the Ministry and the Head of the Team of Assessment in the forum mentioned that she assessed the presented proposals of the participants in all forums in line with the strategic plan of the sector.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Abu Al Fadal Al Sheik-Undersecretary of Aswan Directorate- directed thanks and appreciation to the leaders of the ministry and the attendees in the forum to hold the forum in the Capital of Culture, Economy, and Arabic and African Youth of Africa.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the other hand, Ahmed Abdul Razik<\/span>-Rapporteurof the Forum- said that all participants are a pleasure with the support of the Ministry of Finance to them to discuss their proposals in the light of what’s the new republic witnessing under the directives of the political leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n
