and the final editorial exam was held in the final of the studying semester in which teaching the course ended. The duration of the exam doesn&#8217;t exceed 3 hours. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 17px; color: #333333;\">The final exams of the study semesters are held on the dates set by the faculty council after consulting with the institute council.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 17px; color: #003366; font-family: Cairo;\">-The estimates system uses the following:<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Cairo; color: #333333; font-size: 17px;\">A-outstanding, B-very good, C-good, D-poor, F-fail, I-incomplete work, IP-advance, Formal withdrawal, Z: informal withdrawal, P-passed, NP-unpassed, NE-not-examined.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Cairo; color: #333333; font-size: 17px;\">If the estimate isn&#8217;t obtained in the course, use symbols like W (formal withdraw), Z- (informal withdraw), P (passed), NP (unpassed), and NE (not examined).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Cairo; color: #333333; font-size: 17px;\">The student is given &#8221;IP-advance&#8221; at the end of the semester as a preliminary estimate for the courses that are taught in more than one semester, such as the project and reports.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2423\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Incomplete Work<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2423\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2423\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 17px;\">In rare cases where students can\u2019t complete the course, it\u2019s allowed for them to continue the work until after the period of the exams. Any lecturers who use &#8220;incomplete work\u201d have to edit a specific form about this matter for students\u2019 affairs (22 versions for academic staff and a student), including the following information:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 17px;\"><b>\u2666 <\/b>the cause of the incompletion of the work.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 17px;\"><b>\u2666 <\/b>The amount of work that must be completed.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 17px;\"><b>\u2666 <\/b>The requested work to modify this report.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 17px;\">In cases where the student obtains an I, he must arrange with the academic advisor to complete the course within one month from the beginning of the next semester. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 17px;\">If the work is not completed within a month from the beginning of the next semester, this leads to the final report for Course F indicating failure. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 17px;\">When a student obtains a grade of <strong>\u201cincomplete work\u201d<\/strong> in a course, this does not affect the number of courses in the next semester. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 17px;\">If he has more than one course, the number of credit hours for these courses will be added to the hours of the next semester.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">Students who obtain this mark and do not meet the requisite overall grade average will be unable to enroll in the next semester.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">However, if the &#8220;incomplete work&#8221; is finished before the conclusion of the course registration term, the student is considered scientifically capable and may apply for registration.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2424\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Withdrawal<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2424\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2424\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p><span style=\"font-size: 17px; color: #003366;\"><strong>&#8211; Withdrawal:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 17px; color: #000000;\">Students who are unable to complete the semester owing to illness or other circumstances that require them to withdraw. These students must fill out a form from Student Affairs, sign it, and return it to Student Affairs. The withdrawal date is two months from the beginning of the course.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">Withdrawal grades will be recorded for each course from which the student withdraws.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 17px; color: #003366;\">He is given one of two ratings:<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">Either a <strong>W<\/strong> if the student completed all of the required work in the course on the date of withdrawal, or a <strong>Z<\/strong> if he did not complete all of the required work on the date of withdrawal.
