The Faculty of Energy Engineering Council announces the course registration dates. Students are required to consult their academic advisors to determine their registration options. Registration will not be available after the announced deadlines.
Courses Registration:
1. Registration procedures and related information are announced at the beginning of each semester.
2. Registration is permitted for one semester only.
After consulting with their academic advisor, a student may register for courses with a total course load of up to 21 credit hours.
Following initial registration, students may modify their course selection in accordance with the procedures approved by the Faculty Council.
Students are permitted to change their registered courses within two weeks from the beginning of the regular semester.
During the first and second semesters, a student may drop a course without any academic penalty until the end of the fourth week of the semester.
Dropping a course during this period is permitted, and no grade will be recorded on the student’s academic transcript.
After the fourth week, the student will receive a “W” (Withdrawn) grade for the course (official withdrawal).
If a student fails to attend a course without formally dropping it, the student will receive an “F” grade.
A student may re-enroll in a previously taken course in which an “F” grade was received.
