This thesis is considered important from social and scientific perspectives; from a social perspective, it contributes to achieving energy sustainability, enhancing reliance on renewable energy, and supporting economic growth. From a scientific perspective, it works to develop smart control models that rely on artificial intelligence and adaptive algorithms and promotes research in renewable energy to improve the stability and efficiency of networks in light of the increasing reliance on clean energy
