Ladies and gentlemen of the academic staff and their assistants in the faculty who are travelling outside the Egyptian Arabic Republic for ” secondment-accompany the husband/wife- or any travel takes fifteen days or more whatever the purpose of the travelling please take the following procedures for submission ”contract-statement- or any file of travelling” that have been approved by :
1-Ministry of Foreign in the state that will be traveled to it.
2-The Egyptian Consulate that will be traveled to it.
3-Ministry of Foreign and legislation offices inside the Egyptian Arabic Republic.
