Faculty of Energy Engineering Celebrates the Presence of a Distinguished Group of Its Scientists

The Postgraduate Studies Sector at Aswan University’s Faculty of Energy Engineering celebrates the inclusion of a brilliant group from the Department of Electricity among the top 2% of the world’s most influential scientists based on total scientific production and citations of their scientific research in various disciplines, according to a study conducted by Elsevier in partnership with Stanford University.

The Postgraduate Studies and Research Sector, led by Prof. Mohamed Abdel Aziz Mahalal, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, congratulated the university’s scientists who were included in this important international list, expressing his pride and appreciation for them for their distinction and excellence in various fields, appreciating their scientific efforts, distinguished research career, and role in enhancing the university.

The researchers and scientists were also classified into two categories:

The top 2% of scientists during their professional career (according to total scientific production).
The top 2% of scientists during the year 2023.

The ranking of the top 2% of scientists during their careers (according to overall scientific productivity) in its most recent update included scientists from the Faculty of Energy Engineering, Aswan University, who are:
