The Central Student Welfare Department, through its Social Activities and Journey Division, is pleased to announce the organization of the qualifying rounds for university students (University Chess League), as a prelude to the Egyptian Universities National Championship.
The tournament will be held at Minia University on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 6:00 PM, at the Faculty of Education.
Chess Competition: Each participating faculty may nominate:
(5) male students
(5) female students
General Conditions:
-Participants must have a good knowledge of the official rules of chess, in accordance with the regulations of the Egyptian Chess Federation.
-No student will be allowed to participate after the draw has been conducted.
