The Social Activities and Trips Department at Aswan University announces the opening of applications for the Social Solidarity Program for university students for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Students are required to obtain the application form, have it handed over by the Student Affairs Office, complete all required information, and submit it along with the following documents:
-A social research report issued by the student’s local social unit, duly stamped by the unit, including the names of family members, their marital status, and sources of income.
-An official statement detailing the salary or pension of the family’s breadwinner (father or mother).
-A copy of the national ID card for adult siblings and a copy of the birth certificate for minors.
-A death certificate, if applicable.
-A divorce certificate, if applicable.
-A copy of the Takaful and Karama card for any family member (if applicable).
Important Notes:
-Students who have already benefited from the program during the first semester are not eligible to apply again.
-The program is intended solely for the payment of the card fees and does not grant access to the university platform or university -dormitories.
-All submitted data will be treated with strict confidentiality and used exclusively for social research purposes.
-Incomplete applications or missing documents will not be considered.
-Applications and required documents must be submitted to the Central Youth Welfare Office in Sahari.
The deadline for submission is March 12, 2026.
