The Education and Student Affairs Sector of the Faculty of Energy Engineering, Aswan University, announces the documents required for enrollment of new students nominated for admission to the Faculty for the 2026/2027 academic year:
-General Secondary Education Certificate: Original certificate stamped with the official seal of the school or the Educational Administration, plus three (3) copies.
-Computer-Generated Birth Certificate: Recent original certificate, plus three (3) copies.
-Personal Photographs: Eight (8) recent passport-size photographs (4 × 6 cm), with the student’s full four-part name written on the back of each photograph.
-Student’s National ID Card: Three (3) copies.
-Guardian’s National ID Card: Three (3) copies.
-Faculty Nomination Card: Original card, plus three (3) copies.
-Military Form (Form 2-Jund): Required for male students.
-Minor Status Form: Required for male students born in 2007 or later.
-Stamped Military Form (Form 6-Jund): Original form, plus three (3) copies.
-Stamped Military Form (Form 7-Jund): Original form, plus six (6) copies.
-Form 7 Jund (Military Service Form) (1 original copy + 6 photocopies) is required for male students only in the event that Form 6 Jund (Military Service Form) is lost.
-Transparent Plastic Document Folder: To hold and organize the required documents.
