The Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT) announces the opening of applications for the 2026 Joint Postdoctoral Fellowship Program, offered by the Science and Technology Center for Non-Aligned and Developing Countries (NAM S&T) in collaboration with the State University of Malang, Indonesia. The program aims to promote international scientific cooperation and support Egyptian researchers.
The fellowship seeks to strengthen communication and research collaboration among scientists, researchers, and academics from member countries of the NAM S&T network. It offers research opportunities at the State University of Malang and its affiliated institutes in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and social sciences, thereby contributing to knowledge exchange and the development of research capacities.
Under the program, NAM S&T will cover international travel expenses for five selected candidates, while the State University of Malang will provide a monthly stipend of 15 million Indonesian Rupiah (approximately USD 900) throughout the fellowship period. In addition, the university will cover domestic transportation from Surabaya Airport to the university and assist with accommodation arrangements in accordance with applicable regulations. The fellowship duration is 12 weeks.
