Aswan University President and Dean of the Faculty Inspect the 1st Semester Exams for the Academic Year 2025/2026

Prof. Loay Saad El-Din Nusrat, President of Aswan University, accompanied by Prof. Tarek Hassan Mohamed, Dean of the Faculty of Energy Engineering, and Prof. Mohamed Fathy, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies, conducted an inspection tour of the Faculty of Energy Engineering to follow up on the progress of the end-of-semester examinations for the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.

The tour aimed to ensure the regularity and smooth conduct of the examinations, the availability of an appropriate and supportive environment for students within the examination halls, and the implementation of academic quality standards to guarantee an organized and efficient examination process.

During the tour, the University President emphasized the University’s commitment to providing a safe, disciplined, and well-controlled examination environment, with strict adherence to examination regulations and firm action against any violations. He also listened to students’ views and feedback regarding the nature of the examination questions, their level of difficulty, and their alignment with the prescribed course content.

For his part, the Dean of the Faculty stated that the examinations are proceeding according to the announced schedules without any obstacles. He noted that academic leaders and faculty members are present in the examination halls to closely monitor the examination process, ensure the diversity and progression of questions, assess varying levels of students’ understanding, and adhere to the approved exam paper specifications. He stressed that the Faculty places great importance on providing a stimulating academic environment that supports students and aligns with the vision of the Faculty of Energy Engineering to prepare distinguished graduates capable of competing in both local and international labor markets.

Prof. Mohamed Fathy also affirmed that the smooth conduct of the end-of-semester examinations reflects the collaborative efforts between the Faculty administration and its academic staff to ensure a disciplined and secure examination environment. He emphasized the Faculty’s commitment to applying academic quality standards in the preparation of examination questions, guaranteeing fairness and equal opportunities for all students. He further highlighted the continuous monitoring of examination halls and the Faculty’s readiness to promptly address any observations or complaints, ensuring the examination process proceeds smoothly until its conclusion.
