Prof. Ashraf Emam, Acting President of Aswan University, inspected the conduct of the summer term examinations at the Faculty of Energy Engineering, as part of his ongoing follow-up of the educational process across various university sectors. He was accompanied during the tour by Mr. Khaled Asran, Secretary-General of the University.
Prof. Tarek Hassan Mohamed, Dean of the Faculty, along with the Vice Deans and Heads of Departments, welcomed the University President and his accompanying delegation. The tour included an inspection of the examination committees to follow up on the discipline and compliance with the established examination regulations.
Prof. Ashraf Emam praised the calm and orderly atmosphere inside the examination committees. He also spoke with students to check on the level of the examinations and ensure that they faced no difficulties. The students confirmed that there were no complaints regarding the difficulty of the questions or the facilities and comfort provided in the examination halls.
As part of the visit, the University President also followed up on the Faculty’s preparations for the new academic year. He was briefed on the ongoing maintenance work and the preparations of the lecture halls and laboratories to ensure that they are fully ready to welcome students at the beginning of the new academic year.
