The Faculty of Energy Engineering Council at Aswan University held its second meeting for the year 2026 on Tuesday morning, February 17, 2026. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Tarek Hassan Mohamed, Dean of the Faculty, and attended by the Vice Deans and Council members.
The Dean extended his congratulations to the Council members on the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan and the commencement of the second semester. The meeting addressed the general policies for education and scientific research for the second semester and their implementation across the various departments of the Faculty.
Additionally, all matters concerning faculty members were reviewed, including applications for promotion, secondments, and sabbatical leaves. The Council also monitored the Faculty’s affairs and its scientific, cultural, artistic, and athletic activities.
