The Administration of Social Activities and Trips announces the opening of applications for Social Solidarity Aid for university students for the academic year 2025/2026.
Students are required to obtain the designated form from the Student Affairs Office, fill it out completely, and attach the necessary documents, organized as follows:
-Social report including the names of family members, social status, and household income, issued and stamped by the local social unit corresponding to the student’s place of residence.
-Comprehensive income statement (salary or pension) for the family breadwinner.
-Copy of national ID cards for adult siblings and birth certificates for minors.
-Death certificate in case one of the parents is deceased.
-Divorce certificate, if applicable.
-Solidarity and Dignity Card (Takafol and Karama) for any family member, if available.
Important Notes
1. The social report is personal; a student is not allowed to submit the form on behalf of another student.
2. A student may not submit more than one application for financial aid within the same academic year.
3. All submitted data are confidential and will be used solely for social research purposes.
4. Any application form that is incomplete or missing the required documents will not be accepted.
5. A student has the right to inquire about the reason for ineligibility by visiting the Social Activities Administration.
6. The QR code cannot be copied, and electronic registration must be completed before filling out the paper form and attaching the required documents.
7. The QR code must not be shared with any other student; each student receives a unique code that must be used during electronic registration.
8. Social research applications will not be considered, and the student will not be eligible for aid unless both the paper form with attachments and the electronic registration (via the QR code) are fully completed.
