(A) Through the Coordination Office:
The electronic coordination office facilitates the asymmetric transfer of fresh students who are applying for admission to colleges or who want to change their enrolment from one institution to another.
(B) Through the universities and after the Coordination Office appointments:
Applications from students who want to transfer from the corresponding colleges are accepted within the framework of reducing alienation and for a family reunion or transferring their registration from non-symmetric colleges within the limits of the minimum accepted by the college in the year of obtaining high school, and they must submit the following papers: –
1- Move six months before submitting an application to the university (electricity – water – telephone receipt)
2-a duplicate of the high school diploma
3- Transferring in accordance with a managerial choice made by the guardian from the appropriate authority
4- Depositing EGP 200 into the Educational Services Fund’s account.
-The student must succeed and be promoted to a higher level of study at the college from which he is transferred.
-Transfer and registration transfers should be centralized at the university level.
-In accordance with general rules announced in each college in accordance with the college’s capabilities, the percentage of transfers should not exceed 25% of the number of students enrolled in the group to which transfer is sought.
-Priority for transfer shall be determined by the student’s grade.
-Accepting requests to transfer students between corresponding colleges one month after the start of study is not permitted.
-The student has the right to get a status statement from the college in which he is enrolled and submit it to any institution.
Under the following criteria, enrollment in and out of non-corresponding colleges will be moved for students who have acquired a high school diploma in previous years and are not freshmen:
-In the year he graduated from high school, he must have received the minimum number of grades accepted by the college to which he seeks to transfer enrollment.
-The enrollment transfer must be to a college with no counterpart in his governorate.
-Transfer enrolment has been approved by the College Council.
-Transferring enrolment from one college to another within the institution or from another university is not possible.
-Submit a status statement from the college where the student seeks to transfer.
